I’m Ashley Gregory, the mama to be behind Simplified Mom. A lover of all things fitness and nutrition, building my best life, and helping you do the same!
Although I have over 12 years in the fitness and nutrition space, I am brand new to the mom life. I am patiently awaiting my first little one, a baby girl, in late March 2024.
Something about me, I’m hugely passionate about living an 80/20 lifestyle. I have always taken this 80/20 approach to fitness and nutrition.
By this I mean, that 80% of the time I workout, eat nutritious home-cooked meals, drink all the water, take vitamins, and eat my veggies. 20% of the time I drink a beer with my friends, enjoy the dessert, and eat donuts on Sunday mornings with my family.
I have been coaching this 80/20 lifestyle method for almost 10 years, helping women (and a few men) find a healthy balance in their lives with exercise and nutrition. If you are looking for an at-home workout program, check out this one!
